All packages include a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to review your child’s main sleep concerns. Following the call, you will complete a detailed sleep intake form and select a package that best suits your family’s needs. Please note an additional fee is applied for twins.

After selecting your package, you will receive a personalized sleep plan within 48-72 hours. I will then contact you to set up a consultation (via Zoom, FaceTime, or Phone Call) to go over your sleep plan and answer any questions you may have. 

Consultations may take up to 1 hour.
